So, I see only a few good reasons to lose weight as fast as possible. Or you have an important event on your nose and you need to wipe everyone's nose, showing what great shape you are in. Or, at this event, you have to be in a certain outfit that doesn't fit you right now. Or you're an athlete who doesn't move into a weight group and you urgently need to lose five pounds for the weigh-in.
These reasons are important and justify the hunger pangs that lie ahead. You will shine in your finest hour, and then, like Cinderella, the clock will strike twelve and everything will return to normal.
And if you think that you will last a week and lose 7 kilograms and this result will stay with you forever, then I hasten to disappoint you. no. It won't stay. Simply because weight loss in the first week occurs mainly due to the removal of excess fluid from the body and maximum emptying of the intestines. As you understand, such a result cannot last long.
How to lose weight in a week without harm
Now the most important point. During those seven days that you will lose weight, you will have a serious lack of vitamins and minerals. If you decide to start tomorrow, then start taking multivitamins first thing in the morning. Of course, it's unlikely that something will happen to your balance of essential substances in the body in a week, but it doesn't hurt to play it safe.
In the diet that I will give you, there will be almost no fat. And the body needs it for healthy functioning. Therefore, be sure to buy flax or fish oil and drink it daily. This is really important. You can even say that it is the most important condition for successful weight loss.
And it will be wonderful if you continue to take one of these substances on an ongoing basis after this diet.
Drinking enough water is also very important. I've already expressed my opinion about how much water a person needs per day, now I'll just say it again: drink so that your urine is always light. It all depends on the constitution of your body and the shape you are in right now. The principle of weight loss remains the same that I recommend for proper weight loss: a low-carb diet. Just very, very hard, on the verge of a foul. So listen to your body, if dizziness appears or the pressure drops unacceptably, then stop the experiment, health is more expensive.

The first three days we eat only proteins. And only cooked.
This is necessary so that the body gets rid of its own glucose reserves and does not receive them through food. Glucose, which the body gets from carbohydrates, is the most easily absorbed energy, and when the body stops receiving it, it starts using its own fat to maintain body functions.
For the same purpose, we will not give him excess fat to consume only his own. In fact, we will, but only in the minimum necessary quantities, so as not to harm our health. This is where fish oil or linseed oil will help. They should be used in the morning, 1 tablespoon each day. Yes, healthy fats are found in protein foods such as fish and eggs, but in the modern food industry, their content is not so high. So don't forget this point.
Allowed products:
- Boiled meat. Ideally chicken breast. It is pure protein
- Boiled eggs. Ideally, just the proteins, remove the yolks
- Steamed shrimp and fish
- green tea (2-3 glasses a day, but only if there are no problems with low blood pressure)

Everything. In the first three days, nothing else can be eaten. If you have problems with stool, then instead of linseed oil, you can eat a teaspoon of linseed in the morning. They have a mild laxative effect, and the fibers they contain help improve bowel motility.
I purposely do not write portion sizes. Because depending on your weight and metabolic rate, your food needs are different. The most important thing is not to feel hungry. And don't worry that you can eat a whole chicken breast in one sitting - protein cannot be converted into fat and anything the body does not need will simply be removed. This creates an additional burden on the liver and kidneys, but in 3 days there will be no harm to health. The main thing is to stop on time and do not try to sit on protein days as long as possible.
To me it might look like this:
- As soon as you wake up: a spoonful of linseed oil and a glass of water
- Breakfast: steamed fish, coffee
- Snack: boiled lean beef, green tea
- Lunch: chicken breast
- Snack: boiled egg, green tea
- Dinner: chicken breast
Yes, the diet these days does not shine with variety. But the sacrifice is worth the result.
Menu for 3-6 days
Three protein days are followed by three vegetable days. They are needed in order to clean the intestines as much as possible of waste food, restore normal digestion and maintain a deficit of carbohydrates. Therefore, we will eat only vegetables that are composed of fiber and water and are negative calorie foods. Fibers are also carbohydrates, but the body practically does not absorb them, they pass through the entire gastrointestinal tract practically unchanged and contribute to the normalization of stool, which was probably a little complicated in the previous protein days.
It is very important that the vegetables are fresh (ie raw). This is the only way to get the most out of them. Turn off the bell pepper and it goes from being a high-fiber vegetable to a high-carb vegetable. So there is no need for experiments. We eat only what is indicated

You can eat them separately, you can make a salad with a spoonful of the same linseed oil, you can make a vegetable smoothie. Just don't fry, stew or boil. The whole point is to use raw vegetables.

It is possible that you will drink less these days, because there is a lot of water in vegetables. Don't aim to drink as much as you did in the first three days.

Last day of weight loss week
On the seventh day, the diet will consist only of kefir. This is necessary in order to completely clean the intestines.
There is already a quantity limit. Drink it at any time, but the total amount should not exceed 1. 5 liters. It is best to use kefir with a fat content of 1%.
